About us

Diversiteit in Praktijk supports diversity, inclusion, and equality working groups, ambassadors, and DEI officers in implementing policies in practice. We achieve this through training, consultancy, and year-long programs. After working with Diversiteit in Praktijk, you will have the mindset, tools, and strategies to work inclusively in a sustainable manner.

Many organizations have DIG policies, intrinsically motivated ambassadors, and an annual budget, but still encounter challenges at some point. The established working group may not know where to start, lack support within the organization, or struggle to achieve the desired results.

We help these teams and the organization by providing the right mindset, tools, and strategies. You may have heard the phrase: 'Diversity is a fact and inclusion is a verb.' But it’s so much more! It’s a methodology, a philosophy, a mindset, but most of all: a feeling. During our interactive trainings, participants gain a deep emotional understanding and identify their practical next steps.

Over the past 15 years, Osiris has trained more than 10,000 people in 28 countries in the fields of Diversity, Inclusion & Equality, Personal Leadership, and Human Rights. Additionally, he has trained 235 other trainers as a master trainer.

As a trainer, Osiris combines deep knowledge of human rights and conflict resolution with an enthusiastic and intuitive style. Participants often describe him as charismatic and inspiring, noting that they truly understand the material and feel motivated to move forward.

Projects with a special place in his heart include: Keti Koti, the partnership with Article 1, public ombudsman for Black Achievement Month, and host at Music Moves.

Evita, founder of Studio Samen, supports clients like bol.com and ProRail with inclusive communication. Studio Samen is her third business before the age of 30. Trainer and expert behavioral change

Melodi is an experienced advisor and facilitator who crafts sustainable solutions for significant changes. From youth detention centers to international conferences, her creative approach results in engaging and interactive sessions. She has served as a youth ambassador for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). Her expertise includes gamification, behavioral change, and human rights. Melodi goes beyond just achieving change; she also lays the foundation for lasting improvements.

With over 6 years of dedicated experience in newcomer support and a decade in project environments, she is an expert in integration, education, and (social) entrepreneurship. Miriam's entrepreneurial, communicative approach and enthusiasm drive action and goal achievement. As a skilled relationship builder, process manager, and advisor, she brings innovative insights. Miriam's powerful network serves as a means to guide others toward success. In short, Miriam organizes, connects, advises, and leverages her network to inspire and lead others.
