More about Osiris

Osiris’s interest in diversity and inclusion didn’t start in the workplace, but in academia. During his bachelor’s in International Relations and two master’s degrees in Political Science and International Law, he explored how communities deal with deep-rooted differences. From post-Apartheid South Africa to the dynamics within the UN Security Council.

That academic foundation turned out to be an unexpectedly strong base for the work he does today. The same questions that arise between countries and cultures also arise within organisations: How do you deal with unconscious bias? How do you create a culture where people can be themselves? How do you move from good intentions to actual behavioural change?

To make that translation, Osiris spent the years after his studies completing dozens of trainings across Europe. In mediation, intercultural communication, personal leadership, bias awareness, behavioural change and more. That breadth is no coincidence: diversity and inclusion touches so many domains that one method is never enough.

To this day, he continues to develop. That combination of academic depth, international hands-on experience, and ongoing professional development allows him to help organisations move from fine words to tangible impact and build lasting support for diversity and inclusion.

Over the past 15 years, Osiris has trained more than 10,000 people in 28 countries on topics such as diversity, inclusion and equity, personal leadership, and human rights. As a master trainer, he has also trained 235 other trainers. He now brings that experience to the stage as a speaker, where personal stories and insights from his work make complex topics tangible and relatable.
