About us
Diversiteit in Praktijk supports Diversity, Inclusion and Equity workgroups, ambassadors and DEI officers to bring policies into practice. We use trainings, consultancy and year programmes to do so. After working with Diversiteit in Praktijk you will have the mindset, tools and strategy to work on inclusion in a sustainable manner.
Many organisations have DEI policies, intrinsically motivated ambassadors and a yearly budget, but still get stuck at some point. Workgroups don’t know where to start, miss support from within the organisation or have difficulties meeting the goals they had set.
We help these teams and their organisations by offering the right mindset, tools and strategies. You might have heard: “Diversity is a fact, inclusion a verb.” The truth is, it is so much more! It is an approach, a philosophy, a mindset, but above all, a feeling. During our interactive trainings, participants come to a deep understanding on a feeling level and they see practical steps forward.
We’ve previously worked with DSM, the Dutch Council for Refugees, the Dutch Red Cross, the Council of Europe, the European Union, the Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Sport, Rijkswaterstaat, (various municipalities: Amsterdam, Harderwijk, Brummen, Utrecht), Leiden&Partners, HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, EPOS Vlaanderen, the Dutch Tax Administration, Prorail, Netherlands Police, the Court of Midden-Nederland, and Radboud University Nijmegen.
